Should I start with cardio, or should I start with weights? This question comes up pretty often because a lot of you babes get confused about which one to do first during your training session.
The simple answer to this is to train according to your goals.
If your goal is to build muscle mass, then you should always hit the weights first. This will allow you to devote plenty energy (while you still have it) to lifting weights. If you go into your cardio training first, you might run out of energy too early and won’t be able to push as hard on weights.
If your goal is to lose overall body weight/fat you can do either first. There are no hardcore rules to this, just train according to your goals! :)
